Usopp will never get another power up be it minor or major. Oda hates usopp like Toriyama hates Vegeta.

We keep getting teased/ promised that usopp will achieve his dream. He still might but it won't be with a powerup, just he becomes brave and not cowardly

As a one piece fan usopp getting 0 powerup will be the final straw for me. I am not asking for him to become most powerful, I want him to get a boost so he can contribute more in fights and be able to take a hit where we as fans won't fear for his immediate death. Usopp is so weak he is weaker then the weakest on rogers crew. He deserves more

I love one piece. I have grown to care about these characters over the past 2 decades. I am very excited for the final end to this epic saga. Both excited and sad as nothing lives forever and saying goodbye to one piece won't be easy

I always enjoyed the fight against gigantomachia, also redestro vs the villains was awesome. I was so cheering for redestro to win. I always hopd he would comeback and help the good guys out of revenge
