Andrea not yet, I don't have a good enough Pikachu for ranked or a light ball. Do you get the light ball as a quest item?

I have an Alpha Raichu who has eagerly been waiting its Mega Evolution, so this is a big win for me. My ranked team is currently Absol Gardevoir and Feraligatr, but Xerneas and Mega Raichu (whichever one will likely be the special attacker) will likely be replacing Absol and Gardevoir
