Playstation 5 confirmed issue, might be affecting others: must change privacy settings so "anyone" can see what you're playing. Tried wiping out discord connection to account and rebuilding, but it still said the game couldn't be detected as tied to my PSN account. Instantly started to progress after changing it. I was able to just wait on the privacy settings screen until it finished and put it back to friends only. Get the word out to discord; they should be warning players as part of the quest explanation
