So weird that clerics and wizards are not on this list since they are two of the historic classes you think of when you think of touches the dragons. And there is a lot of role-play potential there.
As far as warlocks, what you said about not running out of spell slots makes no sense. They only get two or three spell slots. They're always running out of spell slots. What you mean is that they don't run out of magical things to do.
