See AllTyler1 Is Done Playing WoW
Your comment is so disconnected from reality I felt the need to create an account to answer you. All content creators involved in the decision to name Tyler1 the raid leader made the conscious decision to put an inexperienced player in charge of the position. This is because no one wants to see any random 100 year old veteran running the dungeon for the 500th time since it's boring. The fact that mistakes were to be expected shouldn't then surprise anyone, and that's part of what drives content creation (notice the *content*). You are aware the boss survived with 2000 hp? Regardless of the mistake by Tyler1, the fact is that if the players within the raid hadn't decided to jump the boat, everyone would be fine - and that is something appliable to both an experienced raid, as well as a newbie one. So yes, Tyler1 quitting is completely justified, because even in a normal raid, if your teammates decide to dump you, nothing works - much less when you need them the most (like in this situation).
