The ones I’ve played, Mafia 3, Far Cry 5, AC Unity, & RDR I found the gameplay to be as much fun as the story was good & they all had great stories. Unity was one of the last, if not the last, AC that had a combat system that was fun and felt good imo. Syndicate was a great game, but I didn’t like the change in combat. I wish AC would go back to the Unity/Black Flag type of sword play. And I’m not a fan of FPS games at all so Far Cry 5 was the first one that I’d decided to try in years because the story interested me. As someone who can’t stand most FPS games, i absolutely loved the gameplay. They did so good on everything even vehicles! When you took off in a plane, they made it feel authentic. I think saying the stories are better than the gameplay on many of these is unfair to the gameplay. Even if a game has a good story, if the gameplay is not fun & boring, a good story won’t keep me around because I’m not going to tough it out just for some cut scenes.

The fact remains that a 7 year old game from the previous generation had the amazing graphics, fun gameplay, attention to detail, & a great story that all made it a more complete game that looks as good as it plays that was done on what’s now outdated hardware! This is what fans expect! Of course we want good gameplay and story, but we were shown almost a decade ago that it can be done & that most of what the industry feeds us in the current “next gen” era is slop save for a few, but that even the ones with graphics & gameplay worthy of being called a next gen title are not a complete experience like RDR2! It was done almost a decade ago & accepting anything less than that now is unacceptable and something a shill would say you should do! RDR2 showed us the truth about studios, their lacking standards, & their greedy views concerning the consumers aka gamers!

Some people can’t stand turn based games. I’m one of those. Turn based games on today’s consoles feel like a blown up mobile game to me. If you enjoy them, that’s good, this is just my opinion.

You’ll be able to get it at the $10 as long as you have it on disc or digital. They’ve always done that with upgrade deals. I’ve upgraded games both disc and digital and never had a problem with either.

Had nothing to do with the shape of the game when it came out or the fact there is no real stealth mechanics or that the “cool as hell” Ma’am Solo didn’t hit with most people. It was all YouTubers!😂😂😂😂😂
