I know how the cheese is packed and kept from getting mold because during summy school at college we did cooking and I learned about keeping food in the right place and so does my mum, who is working in retail, my dad, who is working in hospitality, and my brother, who did a 5 years cooking course at secondly school so I don't think that Lunchy have refrigerated vans
