I would have loved more of the Hollow Men storyline to be at the forefront of the movie! I suppose, while I did enjoy Anya and Miles’ connection during the first bit of the film, I very much hated the ending. I actually love “cooperation bad” movies (especially dealing with military) I very much wished to have learned more about this dna mutation and how it came to be (flashbacks). I think it would of ended better with them dying and a new set of soldiers being brought in or seeing Anya maybe mourning him when he didn’t show up and then it flashes to him roaming outside of the gorge heading to a more populated area. Corny and predictable? Sure. But no where near the steaming pile of “That’s it? That’s how tf they ended it?” As it truly was.
