There is a 90 day pause, I'm sure this will get itself worked out. If Trump is willing to exempt technology it will eventually exempt video games.there is to much money involved not to. It would be nice if China would just come to the table like everyone else, especially considering how important we are to each other.

I think the shift to multiplatform is good. I also think SE biggest issue with Final Fantasy VII is in its advertising. I think Final Fantasy as a series is a legend amongst gamers, especially older ones like me but probably extremely confusing for younger people that casually play games. Final fantasy has become many things to many people, if your a zoomer in their early 20s FF is probably thought of as a MMORPG. I also think a series with the number 7 attached coming out a year after a FF game comes out with the number 16 makes things confusing. Is ffvii rebirth a new game? Is it a rerelease? Wait this is part two of three? This i imagine is a hard sell.
