I don't think Fishing with rods was really a thing in the 1400s Bohemia.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a fishing nut (but a history nut too) and while rod fishing has existed since early history, mentioned in Chinese and Egyptian sources, it wasn't have been common in the medieval period. The most well known book on rod fishing, "Treatise on Fishing with an Angle" was written in 1496, roughly 100 years after Henry's fictional existence. It could have existed perhaps with some eccentric aristocrat (and maybe they can tie it in with a new character who fits this description), but it wouldn't have been a common passion. Charles was known for promoting fish ponds during his reign, but this was mostly for carp, but this would have been mostly net based fishing (still could make a fun mini game). And fishing only really existed with traps beyond this.
However, Falconry (as a currently unavailable form of hunting in the game) during this period was at its peak, now that would be a mini game that would fit historically!
