I have 3 issues with Nintendo:

1. Their opposition to the use of 3d pty emulators by fans that own the games.

2. The absence of a complete game library on their 1st party emulators

3. The fact that their 1st party emulators are worse than 3rd party ones in several important ways.

They can be legal sticklers but that doesn't justify them in completely ignoring fan feedback.
