Trigon should NOT be #2. He is routinely beaten by non-magical teenagers and children. Also, Phantom Stranger should be in the top 5 at least along with Dr. Fate/Nabu. And if you're including Shazam & Black Adam cuz their powers are derived from magic, where's Wonder Woman? Her powers are magic-based and could easily kick their butt's. I also agree that Constantine should be higher if for no other reason than the cleverness and underhandedness in which he uses his magic.
