Ingrid was first seen in early footage and screenshots of capcom fighting all stars. The game was scrapped and became capcom fighting evolution. Alpha 3 Max for PSP was technically her second actual playabe released game. She is obscure to be sure, but I also feel if it were real it would be capcom trolling all of us.
Personally I would want Nash back as I am still upset about how he went out. Although he's little particles of dust now, if Bison can come back and Gouken can awaken from a coma. He can always come back. Lmao
