I’ve been playing the game for about six weeks now. I’ve worked my way up from 25 dice every time I complete a house set all the way up to 250. On completion yesterday. I completed my house set and they deducted 100 dice from me every time now they said it’s to balance out the game. But I have never heard anything in my life. I worked hard many hours and money to get where I am and they reward me with taking away my winnings, not to mention the bugs and glitches that seem to make my items disappear and accomplishments. You’re supposed to receive 3000 to 9000 dice upon completing side games and the last one I played and completed. I did not receive the reward. This was my favorite game now it’s just disappointing.

I am having major problems with xsolla, I purchased the dice packs a few times & then learned too late that they continued with making unauthorized charges and duplicate charges that were unauthorized. Even though I addressed these issues through their chat and with them through email, they blocked my purchase option, even though the fault is on their side I guess it’s penalty for confronting them about it.
