The game is overhyped, plain and simple. Is it a great game? Yes. Is it perfect like many people like to say it is? Not even close. For an RPG, it's pretty lacking in the exploration department. The story takes a while to start up, which okay, typical RPG problem as it usually takes a while to get to the real meat of the story. But then it goes on and on. Granted, a lot of people don't care about story in a game, but as someone who does, it's an issue. The gameplay is what gets it all the praise, but considering once you get the system down, it isn't the end all be all that people keep harping on about.

It's a great debut game with flaws that will assuredly be remedied in a future installment. And it's indie status is pretty debatable considering Sandfall didn't entirely fund it themselves, but that's an entirely different argument that has no relevance to most of the categories its nominated in.

A lot of great games got overlooked this year as many categories have many of the same games, which is kind of ridiculous. That's not the fault of this game or any of the others. But TGA always seem to favor certain games and this year, it's heavily favoring CO:E33 to the point that, hype wise, there's no real competition for it and comes off as pandering to gamers who have aggressively sung its praise when it came out and once the nominations dropped.

A Judgment remaster would be better off being packaged with 3 remastered. Would allow Microsoft to charge $59.99-$69.99 for a Deluxe edition that Judgment is exclusive to (something they would love to do considering how even the barest of 'premium' editions they release now are $99.99 or more) and would complete the 360 era of Gears while they charge $49.99 for Gears 3 remastered (again, they'd want you to buy the Deluxe edition, so having it JUST $20 more is a way to entice players).

Or remaster 2, 3, and Judgment and sell them all in a package while later remastering 4 and 5 as a separate package deal. I imagine E-Day will be released 6 months to a year after it debuts on Xbox, but I wouldn't be surprised if they dive right in for the most money right away and have it multiplatform day 1.

I disagree, but Pedro would be good in one of the many villainous roles throughout the series, preferably one of the more otherworldly entities.

And despite not having blue eyes, which could easily be remedied with high end color contacts and some post editing to make them look more natural, Josh Brolin is a much better fit for Roland as he can nail the stoic nature quite easily. The only issue with any casting of Roland is not only the Roland we'll do most of the journey with, but also the younger Roland that we'll meet when he finally shares his story with his companions after their encounter with Blaine the Mono. I'm sure they won't cast as young as 14 as he was in Wizard and Glass, but somebody that is either around 18 or could pass for 18 is most likely. And I can't really think of anybody younger that is known that could pass for a younger Brolin. Or Pascal for that matter. And considering how crucial that part of the story is, it will be something that has to be taken into account when casting the part of Roland.

I really like her design for Peni. Hopefully that does make it into the game eventually as Peni basically only has the VEN#M cosmetic as something different. Her 2 recolors aren't that great.

Since when was this an Xbox exclusive? If all they had to do was focus on one platform, Rockstar MIGHT be able to actually hit whatever they announce as the target release date. But ever since they started releasing on more than one platform at the same time, every single game has been delayed by 6 months or more.

You misread what you're correcting. It's two separate sentences, although it's definitely worded incorrectly. It should have said 'Marvel Rivals has just confirmed the start date and first new playable character of Season 2.' The next sentence should have also been the start of a new paragraph.

Devs are just waiting to see if Rockstar ends up delaying GTA like they always end up delaying their games. They haven't hit a first announced street date since Bully, which was a pretty simple sandbox game when compared to GTA and RDR.

The thing is Rockstar always waits until the last minute to announce their delays, usually waiting until very close to their announced release date. But we just have a release window right now. I expect we'll get a fall 2025 date this summer, but again, it's going to be delayed and Rockstar will know that when they announce that date. Their cheap way of building up hype.

And honestly... I'm really not all that excited for GTA VI. GTA has gotten very formulaic when it comes to the single player aspect of the game. I'm not saying every game is the same because that'd be a lie. But even with the new additions they put in, it's always the same kind of story progression. The RDR games have actually surpassed GTA in my opinion. I'd be way more excited for another RDR over building or reclaiming a criminal empire, plotting revenge against a betrayer, and all the absurd moments in between. And since VI is going to be Vice City, this game is definitely going to dive deep into the absurdity.

Bloodline Edition unlocks a lot of stuff already. I don't mind still having stuff to unlock. Creates replay value and forces you to play the game like an actual wrestling match instead of just cheesing out wins.

RE4 was exclusive to GameCube for 10 months. RE0 was exclusive to Nintendo for 13 years. RE2 was ported to the N64 nearly 2 years after it released on PS1.

If Zero's remake is exclusive to Switch 2, it won't be for long. But I have my doubts about it being an exclusive. Capcom would be quite foolish to limit a remake of probably the least popular RE game to one platform, even if it's a short window. All the current remakes have quite a bit going into the budget and all have done well sales wise. There's no reason to willingly handicap themselves, especially since an RE0 remake is already going to be a challenge to garner hype around already.

Personally, I would have attached the RE0 remake to an RE1 remake as a surprise unlock after completing RE1 as Chris and Jill. The campaign really isn't that long and if they're keeping it in line with the other modern remakes, some of the bosses would either be changed or not even in it as they've not had giant T-Virus infected versions of animals or insects and instead have focused on the bio weapons and undead, although I can definitely see the monkeys being in it as they would have been test subjects. But the giant scorpion, centipede, and bat? I highly doubt they make the cut in the remake, just like the giant spiders likely won't make the cut either.

First I'm ever hearing of it. And that right there is the issue. It didn't garner enough viewers. This is the first article I've even seen on it.

I can't speak on how the marketing was for this show because I don't know how the marketing is for anything as I don't have television. So I rely on ads I *might* run into through online videos.

Then maybe more people should actually watch the show. Why are you getting mad at those in charge making a financial decision when the reality is the amount of viewers aren't enough to continue it?

You're making it sound like Netflix gave the majority of those seasons. Fox gave it three seasons, Netflix gave it three seasons.

So it went on for another three seasons after Netflix picked it up. Yes, it totaled six seasons altogether, but again, the way you worded it implies it 'went on' to be successful for six seasons after Netflix picked it up.
