Nintendo Obtains New Anti-Palworld Patent and Seeks Even More

As far as US patent goes, (and it was touched on when this whole debacle started) if a patent is filed AFTER someone else already has a technique or system in place BEFORE the patent date, it won't affect the entity from using this. Especially if it was in place WELL before the patent was applied for.
