I mean it's pretty obvious lol. Gaban is Roger's left hand, and one of the 3 monsters on the crew. Sanji is Luffy's wing and one of three strongest on the crew. If Gaban was in the same league as Rayleigh and Roger, the same applies to Sanji and Zoro. Oda doesn't need to spoon-feed fans everything 😅
