See AllIt's Official: Say Goodbye to Borderlands 4's Most Powerful Build
I've been thinking about this a lot since they announced the nerfs would be incoming. They specifically phrased it as fixing unintended interactions. The knife itself, while broken, is working as intended. It's the glitches or weird things that happen that weren't intended that will be getting nerfed. Looking at Harlowe's Nuke Red tree skill as it's the one I'm most familiar with, it's working as intended though it's also including indirect damage as well, so things like the Beam Tosser and Katagawa's are also benefiting from them. I imagine it will be reworded to be only direct damage, so only bullets that you directly fire from your gun will deal the extra damage from the cannon. Katagawa's little shock turrets, and anything hits registered due to Jakobs ricochets, or the Piercing Firmware, will all have the additional 4% DMG from the cannon removed. The build still shreds bosses, but legendary weapons for her build won't be as important unless you use it for the Skeptic's cooldown recharge.
My Hero Academia: Horikoshi Officially Kills One Of The Most Popular Couples In The Series
He really didn't. People got mad that Izuku was played off as a cuck who peaked in highschool. Horikoshi was too afraid of upsetting anyone that he was forced to write a whole chapter that allowed Deku to return to combat a lá Iron Man suit, and also make a promise to spend more time together with friends. He didn't even commit to getting Deku and Uraraka together, just that they were going to keep in contact. The man was so scared of putting his foot down, he bent to make a less insulting ending. It's his manga, he can do what he wants, but honestly it feels like he didn't do that. He just did what would make the fans less upset. Even in his comments about the chapter, he said no relationships are cannon and they're up to the user's interpretations. At least with Dandadan, the the main characters actually share their feelings and are heading towards being together. Far more emotionally entertaining than watching a will-they-won't-they turn into a "who fucking knows".
Helldivers 2’s S-Tier Illuminate Loadout is More Versatile Than You Think
A year in, my loadouts have become fun for me:
Bots:
Lever action rifle, ultimatum, eat and commando combo with whatever backpack and other items. Maybe the shield bubble Strat
Bugs:
Arc blitzer, grenade pistol, recoilless, whatever else.
Illuminate:
Eruptor, the new tracking pistol, the One True Flag, guard dog, and the melee bonus armour.
Level 10's are tons of fun with these loadouts! Super chill at lower levels, too.
