Head to the "Sanctuary of the Faith" in the Fabricatorium of the Deep. Use the Resonance Beacon, then head east through the bridge. You'll see someone next to the bridge on the other side.

Kazuha works with Skirk because of his ability to trigger Cryo Swirl, which is mentioned in her 1st Ascension passive. She will lose the 45%/50% extra DMG from her 4th Ascension passive and one level of her Elemental Skill (Utility Passive), but Kazuha gives her back ~40% DMG when he triggers Cryo Swirl from his A4. He will also reduce enemies’ Cryo RES by 40% from Viridescent Venerer.

So, yes, Kazuha works with Skirk when you’re looking for different teams, other than her best Cryo/Hydro ones. This entry is primarily for people who don’t have the Hydro/Cryo characters on the list but do have Kazuha (since most people have him).

Also, unless an article is marked as "ranked," it's not written in a particular order, so you can ignore the positioning!

I didn't have this glitch, but maybe some of these solutions can help you: Try to stand at a weird angle, or drop a couple of items around the vase and hold the collect button so that the character automatically grabs all the available items. This seems to work for most people.

Some of the items you dropped might get stuck instead of the vase, so try to drop something you don't mind sacrificing for now.
