-If you really enjoy the anime enough I think CGI is fine, though if there is a manga alternative I'd probably read it instead.

-Although I do think romance can play an important roll in an interesting fantasy story, but sometimes when they do it ruins the anime. I have about seven colleges/friends that all agree that they just can't watch Solo Leveling because the romance has ruin it for them.

-The fan service is many isekai's can be very overwhelming and put many people off including myself. Especially when the female characters are infatuated with the mc.

I'm fine with a little bit of fan service, CGI or valid romance. If a plot or character seems cliche it's fine as well. Personally I normally look for ones with a female mc because there tends to be little to no fan service, sometimes valid romance and often has more interesting plot like "Fluffy Paradise". But aside from one's with female mcs there are some Isekai animes like "Campfire Cooking In Another World" and one with a little more fan service that I still enjoy is "That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime" especially for the visual but obviously everyone is different and if you have a different opinion that's fine and I would never hold that against.
