Diablo 4 has the worst. There's really only 1 to 2 good faces and barely that and you can't even change them other than makeup or eye color. You can't change the bodies and the faces are all presets. I don't think it belongs on this list. It's the #1 reason I abandoned the game for the lack of options. V rising should be on this list which has 11x more options than diablo 4.
