Hmm I doubt that. Helly has made so many attempts to escape... I.e. Quit. But her outie was denying that and even sent her a video threatening her. She showed so much disgust and anger towards her outie as to why she would not quit. She did not believe it. And when she saw who she was she was literally discussed and ashamed and ofc wouldn't tell her innie friends about that, which makes sense.
