See AllCloverPit: Luck, Explained
Your luck value just makes it so you're guaranteed to see X number of a randomly chosen symbol in a pull. The symbol it picks is chosen by your probabilities. So, if you have a luck of 4, then it randomly selects 4 spots in your next pull to make all of the same symbol. Lower luck levels often can have no effects, but high luck will create big patterns. If you can achieve 15 luck in one pull, it is guaranteed to jackpot.
A nuke buttoned crystal (+4 times 2) on a rotated hamsa (+9 on the final pull) is one such way to do this. Though, 666 is calculated after your luck, so even on a 15 luck pull, the 666 symbols might show up to deny the jackpot. Also, effects that force patterns might also interfere with your luck, so be careful when combining the effects.
