"Speaking of stratagems, a recent Helldivers 2 leak has revealed the Orbital Napalm Barrage , which deals a certain amount of AoE damage. Players can use this combat ability to burn the ground and take out multiple enemies. As per the leak, the upcoming stratagem will have a cooldown of 210 seconds. It's currently unknown when it will be added to Helldivers 2."
The last Major Order potential reward was to unlock the Orbital Napalm Barrage. The Devs actually showcased the use of the Stratagem during their Livestream event, too. That "leak" happened after the Livestream aired so I'm not sure you can even call it a leak.
