It's a shame this article gets it wrong right out of the gate: Pattison Bats is already in his SECOND year of operations: he's well known to GCPD, he's caught major villains such as the Riddler and the Joker. The mob definitely knows who he is.

Of course this show has its own perfectly good internal logic for whx it doesn't mention Batman, but this article is way off the mark for explaining that reasoning. Bad research all around.
