This is pretty much a perfect summary.

I fully completed Starfield and loved the ship design stuff. But the game is so lifeless that couldn't wait to uninstall.

Maybe the improvements are great for newcomers and players with low playtime in it... But for the rest of us, I don't even think a DLC/expansion would bring us back.

Also, the infusion gems should arguably make this list also (or at least be included/mentioned along with primal armament)
