That's fine. People are different.
The problem here is that EA and Bioware are for-profit companies. They're not charities.
They invested 300 million in Veilguard, and judging by the numbers so far they're going to recoup only 10% of their investment. So. Yeah.
That means, there's no money for a DLC. That means that whoever worked on it is either going to be moved to another project to ruin that one too, or is getting laid off.
It's not a complete flop, like Concord, who had 250mill poured into it and made less than 1 million back.
Veilguard is going to earn around 30 million.
Which sounds like a lot of money for 1 single individual. But for a company like this? With an established player base? With a huge marketing budget? It's pennies and nickels
