Too late. Himawari might reach a level close to spsm, but baryon mode is pretty much impossible for everyone. Naruto pulled that off cuz he's Naruto. Peak hima's chakra reserves aren't the same as naruto's. Baryon mode is like blending the greatest chakra potential of both tailed beast and the user's. Even though hima might use it for a few minutes, it would also mean that kurama is gonna die afterwards, and potentially, even himawari would die.
