Drowned as #1? "Drowned has the most powerful stats among any assault rifle in the game" is an exact quote. I can think of several that are far better than drowned. All it has going for it is the grenade launcher and a decent dmg stat. All other stats are outdone by several other assault rifles. Sofmod is definitely better. Dmg is slightly lower but all others are significantly better and it wasn't even on your list
