What if it's Sasuke old eyes? Remember Sasuke got Itachi eyes that were in the same predicament as Sasuke's were yet once they got transplanted to Sasuke they were fine. So it's possible Sasuke had his original eyes kept for Sarada in case she ever awaken her mangekyo. Possibly they are in Sakura possession and when? Sarada starts showing blindness Sakura will transplant them.
