Noone cares about balance in a borderlands game. We have had modded weapons in every game and modded skill trees and modded BA rank in BL2. We had level 150 characters in BL2 and 132 in BL1 until it was hard capped by the devs. We have modded weapons in BL3.

Nobody cares about balance as a general player if your mad because some person on YT killed a boss 10seconds faster then you did then get a life or better gear. Ordinance being tied to a CD is stupid. People used grenade spam since BL2 up to BL3. BL1 was only used for grenade jumping exclusively.

Do your HW before making up stuff when you dont know what your talking about. It makes you look like a fake casual or tourist. BL3 grenades were used before bosses and eventhen most builds didn't require it. Same with BL2. BL4 will go like this best guns and shields and augments/skill trees/action skill. And ordinance will only be used for a short duration for mobbing or not at all and at the opening of a boss fight the rest will be with elemental bullets and action skills. Unless there's something broken we havent seen or found yet that is in the ordinance slot.
