I don't think collapse should be on this list, cause it not a skills, it's more like a technique where he hits with both hands, sometimes he isn't even aiming at the hand, it could be his opponent's head like in his battle with the beast monarch, the skill that should be on this list is CAPTURE, which tho is similar to rulers authority but much more intense it becomes a miniature black that pulls everything within it's radius to its center, the skills was so powerful that it almost took Jin woo if he assuming he hadn't use his rulers authority.

Another thing I wanted to add is that Thomas Andres' reinforcement skill is also a spiritual body manifestation. It was called reinforcement by Thomas but the monarchs and rulers know it as spiritual body manifestation, and that which tho their Thomas and Reed's armour have different designs they are also very similar if not identical.
