That patent Nintendo registered is no different than a patent of a car on 4 wheels! A pen that writes with ink, or a boxy-shaped phone! Ridiculous, and more ridiculous, are those people who are defending it. I had no interest in PalWorld but bought it just to support the developers against atrocious laws that were made for these big greedy companies. It turned out to be a nice game too!
