how are you supposed to bind to get rid of the maggots if the maggots are preventing you from binding to remove the maggots

How to Get the Warding Bell in Silksong

except this is a blue tool, not yellow, with only the druid's eye in competition for the slot early in the game which isn't as useful as it sounds. Thus the warding bell and druid's eye would likey be used for quite a while after getting it, until fractured mask and pollip, and even then it's a sidegrade
