What solo level has is animation and a lot of good fights other than that it doesn't have much going for it in the sense of plot. Frieren on the other hand has good animation (I will admit though not as much fights) and an amazing sound track (I haven't really listened to solo leveling's). But most of all take it from somebody who read the entire manhwa (Korean comic) solo leveling's plot is average (I would like to say bad but that is my biased opinion) on comparison to most fantasy, frieren's plot literally created an entirely new perspective on fantasy manga and anime.
