This seems to be such an American take and I'm from the US. Anyone who thinks that Doctor Who is going wrong, doesn't understand the show. I've been watching since Tom Baker was the Doctor in the 70s and the greatest thing about the Doctor and the show is that it will always change and "canon" will always evolve.

I want Doctor Who to continue any way possible. I have watched since the 70s and think that the only continuity is that it's always evolving and changing. David Tennant may be needed as a bridge to the next Doctor. If David Tennant came back as 14 or 16, I would subscribe to Disney again. I have a limited budget and have to subscribe periodically to catch up on episodes.
