This is what I did and noticed, if you were to overlap all the chandeliers as if they were one, the same candle won’t be lit twice. Seeing that, I started with the chandelier that had the single candle lit at what I called the top, from there I extinguished the candles in clockwise order base on their orientation in the chandeliers. Not clockwise base on the chandeliers themselves. So you have seven candle slots, start with the one that isn’t parallel to another candle. Then find the chandelier with the lit candle in the next closest spot in clockwise direction.
