See AllPS Plus Extra and Premium Games for October 2025 Are Officially Live Now
Man, really wish we could have got dino crisis 2/the suffering 1-2/manhunt 2......for the oct classics....it would have been the perfect time to release some more horror action classics.
Say Hello To The Next 5 Big Horror Games
It is a shame the sinking city 2- didn't make the list, it looks pretty freaking awesome, this one is going down the survival horror route instead of a deceptive action game like the first,, this one is looking sick, like resident evil 2 mixed with Lovecraftian abominations.
Seems like You are in a city that is being overtaken by some virus and need to escape it, looks really awesome.
Another one is Retrieval, witch based on the trailer has mad dead space vibes and that is something I love, esp dead space 2,, and since it seems like EA is foolishly sitting the franchise back on the shelf to rot instead of doing the smart thing and giving us a live action movie & a part 4 and esp a part 2 remake, witch there is so much they could do with those,
but since it seems they are not i am down for and ready to support any dead space like game when they come out.
Out of the list we have here i am Super hyped for ILL, and of course re 9.
But there is something about ILL that has my attention fully, I pray they give us a good scary game, with a long journey, add replayability, lots of weapons, and as the story ramps up give us lots of different set pieces/varried combat encounters, esp boss battles.
Capcom Gives Fans New Hope for a Dino Crisis Remake
I really hope this is true, there is so much they could do with it, and instead of just giving us regular dinos, witch can be a thing, definitely add a lot of the dinos from the first 2 game's, but it would be super epic if we also got mutated failed and successful experimental dinosaurs, sort of like re does with its experiments.
Then the artists could go crazy and really make some super scary dinosaur designs and types, they could behave/move/sound very strangely to downright creepy, they could have extra appendages, eyes in weird places, etc.
Do different things, like spit corrosive mucus, stuff that could temp blind/distort the characters vision, etc.
I hope if they do remake it they do both part 1 & 2 since the ogs are both so short, we could get 1 awesome adventure that includes everything from the first 2 plus a lot of added stuff, definitely need the creepy water dino sections, gotta bring boss encounters back, a lot of weapons, maybe decisions that change the way the story goes, small stuff, doesn't have to be super indepth, but it should add new reasons to replay it, like new weapons/dino types/ combat encounters/scenarios that we come across depending on the decisions we make.
Maybe add a few characters to the series, to flesh out the cast and have some really indepth lore to get fans into it.
Maybe even add a co-op option similar to re5, with split screen or online options,
Design it a bit more like dead space 3 where you can do co-op and that will add some extra stuff to the game, but playing it single player doesn't take anything away from it, so you never feel like you are missing out on anything, just adding more.
Idk, there is other things, there is a ton that they could do with it.
I just hope/pray they do so the fans and everyone else can get to experience such an amazing franchise again.
8 Best Horror Games With Third-Person Combat, Ranked
I wish to God Capcom would make a dino crisis reboot or remake, that a the thing- reboot/remake or sequel could be done, and that some company would revive the suffering franchise, that would be awesome.
8 Best Horror Games With Third-Person Combat, Ranked
This is definitely a decent list, my favorites being the evil within 1/2 and the dead space trilogy/plus remake. God is wish they could make another dead space, be it part 4, part 2 remake, or both,
Same with the evil within, there is definitely more that can be done with the franchise, the games are amazing, both are better than anything resident evil has given us over the past 10+ year's....
Why i think re remains so popular is the fact they keep the games coming, and they have made live action movies based on the games, they keep merchandise coming, figures.
Something EA, and Bethesda- now owned by Microsoft have dropped the ball with on for dead space/evil within, it is beyond obvious that if Capcom treated resident evil the way EA did dead space/Bethesda did the evil within, resident evil would most likely be in the exact same position today.
These company's have to keep investing in these franchises to see them grow, keep the games coming- and new media, like movies, etc.
That is how they become massive successes, an man, there are no better franchises to do that with than dead space/the evil within.
2025 Video Game Release Date Calendar
Dang didn't notice ILL on the list, so i guess that won't be this year, very disappointing,
Just as disappointed we haven't got a dino crisis remake or reboot announcement from Capcom yet, like dang, how much more fan fare or hype would it take to get it made, esp with all the internet in dinosaur stuff, more mature horror stuff.
