Myself and many others have submitted support tickets to only get a generic response and the ticket closed. Doesn't seem like they care to look into it and take appropriate action and are just slamming the door in our face. I've been looking forward to the Halloween event all year only to get hit with a 30 day ban to take me out of enjoying it the whole month. I only started playing about June of last year. I for the majority of the time have played in invite only sessions either alone or with one trusted person. Super upset to lose all of my things between two characters over this and support not doing anything at all.
