That is true but I feel judge sounds a bit bias how is she able to dismiss Bungie due to then not having content other than 3rd party content which imo should be acceptable as it is still their ig footage but entertain a lawsuit against them for that same content that has been removed surely one can argue here if the content is no longer in the game copyright infringement cannot be claimed.
