This is how remasters should be made, not only is sonic generations great on its own, but the fact that it got some added content + a whole new (and best sonic game so far) shadow campaign that apparently is shorter but felt longer and funner than the sonic campaign, but its all for just 49$, and as of right now its on sale, so its worth checking out, specially the shadow part,

while many remasters like luigis mansion 2 hd or donkey kong country returns hd, which not only are they both just the same ol games but 59.99, but they have nothing more than just “hd”

this sonic x shadow is what a standard for 2010 remasters should be, have a remaster and add a whole new game along, or pull a kirby return to dreamland and remake and add tooons of more content (return to dreamland deluxe is rlly good btw)

as for the new shadow campaign, it is exactly what sonic should be going forward; deep and well characterized stories, with probably the best gameplay and graphics, and it has some of the most perfectly animated cutscenes
