I mean... It's pretty obvious a gen 5 remake is next (after gen 10 obviously), doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that. Gen 4 remade gen 2, gen 6 remade gen 3, gen 8 remade gen 4. What's the next logical step? A gen 5 remake after gen 10. By no means is it a 100% guarantee for it to happen, but with the pattern, it's very likely.
This has been theorized for the past few generations, and not only would it be a very boring gimmick, it would be terrible for the competitive scene, as it would make already extremely broken pokemon even more oppressive by giving them an additional move for added coverage.
