Or do the ultimate easy option, buy bane poison from the wife of that leader of the nearby Nomad camp, land one strike on Tomcat off the bat, walk away from him until he collapses and you will automatically win it. Dont waste the time trying to "come back with better gear and be more powerful" lol. Think outside the box a bit with games like these.
