Exile removal only. If you put Vivi in the graveyard you're playing right into their hand they want Vivi in the graveyard. So regardless of Vivi on battlefield or in graveyard its lose lose for you.

You could potentially use ghost vacuum to counter this. I'm currently working on a deck to counter izzet cauldron untilizing ghost vacuum.
