I put about 50 hours into the beta and about 15 hours in I found the most important setting is turning crossplay off. The game feels completely different without PC players. Less BS deaths, things feel smoother and lots more revives. Crossplay continues to be a net negative on games with it. They should disable PC crossplay unless console users join on a PC friend after playing the beta it's the first thing setting I'll turn off when the full game comes out and when it stops finding matches I'll probably just stop playing the game. It's that stark of a difference.
