Turn the spheres into discs or something else. Look at Ark Survival Evolved, and Ark Survival Ascended, both of them have Cryopods for storing your dinos and they work almost the exact same as a pokeball. Yet Nintendo hasn't even considered any action whatsoever against Ark or it's Devs.
