You left off Deep Space Nine which I felt had the best crew because of the changeling. Another crew that was just as good or better was in a one time movie known as Star Trek: Section 31 because of the Chameleod Quasi who can be confused with the hunchback from the movie The Hunchback of Notre Dame because they both have similar names. Apparently the hunchback's name wasn't a big trademark.
