See AllThe Case for Monster Hunter Wilds to Get the 'Ultimate' Treatment Over a DLC Expansion
I know it's Monday, but did you really just write an entire article about how you think it's better to pay for the game twice rather than pay an extra 30 bucks for a dlc? I dunno if you noticed or not, but the only difference in the ultimate treatments vs the dlc is you pay double for the ultimate, all the content added is exactly the same.
Monster Hunter Wilds Event and Challenge Quest Schedule Adds Highly Requested Feature
The game isn't easy it's broken. Get in a fight with any high rank tempered monsters and stand still. The odds if you being carted are very low. Most of the time monsters won't target the hunter for more than 3 attacks every 60 seconds and of those 2 of them will still miss you even with you standing still in front of the monster. No game should be so easy you can not play it and win. What? Are they making a mh for handless people? Or I just got soooo good after playing world and rise that now the monsters just bow to me?
I can't wait to see the cope excuse for this.
Monster Hunter Wilds Has a Scaling Issue
I dunno man. I only started mh with world and I loved how the fights took me usually 20-30 minutes to complete. Then I played rise and it was like 5 maybe 10 minutes at most. Now wilds looks like world but it feels like rise on the arcade quick pace. I've carted very very very rarely and I haven't lost one fight in the game. I'm only hr22 so maybe it'll get harder.
I hope it does because right now I feel like the game is way too short and way too easy. With world I didn't start messing with decorations in my armor until over 100 hours and with wilds you pretty much unlock that 5 times quicker. My favorite thing about world is it just kept going and going and going and the upgrades you could do kept getting more involved. It felt like such a great buy. The content just lasted and lasted. My wife and I loved it. Now with wilds I feel like at 40hrs I'm at the place I was in world after 150hrs. That's such a let down and I can't even put it into words.
I really really hope the game gets much more difficult. Right now I haven't changed my weapon or armor from low rank because there just in isn't a reason to. I can beat any monster with a starting weapon and no armor so that takes all the fun out of praying the monsters and creating gear to beat them. I haven't even opened the field guide in this game but once because the info in it just isn't needed. Come on Capcom, you're alienating everyone that has ever played monster Hunter before and can tie their shoes. It's like they're trying to sell to 3 and 4 year olds now. The rest of us that have played games for awhile are not having to try at this at all. I can watch YouTube while halfway paying attention the wilds and it shouldn't be anywhere near that easy.
Days Gone PS5 Remaster Comes With a Big Catch
I'm interested in and buying it. I much prefer they make the sequel but I'll take it.
Days Gone PS5 Remaster Comes With a Big Catch
Premium? $10? $49.99?
Neither of those prices is "premium." They're actually incredibly low seeing as how most games are $69.99 now.
Days Gone PS5 Remaster Comes With a Big Catch
At least Days Gone was a good game. I had a blast playing it myself. I think it's absurd they canned the sequel.
