In his defense, the marketing for the game throws Gustave in our face every chance it can. I have not seen any promotion or commercial that shows us Verso, at all. They show scenes either with Gustave in it, or if these scenes where Gustave is already dead, they show another character except from Verso.

Strohl is my favorite character. I can see why he ranks first because he, at the start, makes a good impression on the player. He is willing to die just so we can escape the human boss. His overall story is compelling and sympathetic. Out of all of the characters, players understand him the most.
