See AllBaldur’s Gate 3: Should You Help Marcus Capture Isobel or Fight Him
This is all wrong in my honor run. For one thing, Marcus is at the Last Light Inn when I cross the bridge and he vouches for me because he senses I'm a True Soul. Then after I take on all of the other Thornes I came back to start the Isobel dialogue since my party is 8th level. But, not a single guide on the Internet has any mention of my detour in the dialogue. For one, going up to her room and opening the door results in Marcus starting a dialogue where he wants me to assist him in kidnapping Isobel. No time to prep at all. The options are: You can count me in, Sounds like this is your fight, not mine, I can take the cleric myself, and Thanks for the information. I'll take your guts now. This is a good playthrough, just a bit different path because I decided early on to go get all of the BiS gear for my stealth archer that is found in Act 1 and 2. By entering The shadow lands early, the grove was shuttered and Halsin died.
Baldur's Gate 3 Trick Makes It Way Easier to Get Some of the Game's Best Armor
Patch 8 fixed this. I don't ever get any cut scene with Sarevok bringing forth an echo. All I get is how I'm related to Orin and that I'm destined for this and that and if I choose anything to do with unholy assassin, Sarevok says he has a special sacrifice for me and the cut scene ends with him walking to the room with Valeria. No echo is seen.
Stalker 2: The Point Of No Return Explained
Ayyoun, it also depends on how you approach that point-of-no-return. You won't have access to a tech once the final missions are started, so you need to bring 2 suits of armor because you will drop one when it breaks (and it will break, nothing you can do to prevent this). You also need to bring several high-tier weapons with you because again you will be dropping 1 or 2 as they break. By the time you finish the main mission, you will have lost a suit of armor and 2 or 3 weapons. New Game+ won't matter if it follows the main missions. My guess is you will lose those weapons because there are gear only found in these final missions and if we want to continue to use them after the main mission completion we have to live with having lost gear that broke.
STALKER 2: Heart Of Chornobyl - All Sniper Rifles, Ranked
Just found a broken SVU-MK and got it fixed. Vastly superior to everything I have in snipers except I don't have the Hunter variant. The Gauss is great but it's a very late game weapon after the point of no return in Pripyat. I did get it with the one spot you can get into Pripyat pretty early but the ammo is not found anywhere so it does you no good.
Stalker 2: List Of All The Artifacts & How To Get Them
Weird Water has an even better effect - zippo radiation. I dump all vodka and beer and anti rad pills at the trader with this baby on your belt. Even if you are about to die of radiation sickness, equipping this will remove all radiation and prevent additional radiation. I could be standing in the middle of the Chernobyl reactor and I can barely see but no radiation damage. I have it in my inventory for 2 reasons - I need a carry weight boost or radiation remover.
STALKER 2: Heart Of Chornobyl - All Assault Rifles, Ranked
I was lukewarm on the GP-37. Even upgraded, I found an upgraded Sp-2 to be far superior. I'll have to give it another shot since I'm starting to see the SP-2 not as powerful in the mid game. Tried the Drowned and Combatant, a couple of others and not sold on any of them. I have not tried the dnipro or kharod.
The reason why the SP-2 is truly superior is the ammo. It's almost found in every stash or body you loot, very cheap and lightweight. I've looted every ammo type in the game so far and at the point in the main storyline where I need to find Nimble. I'm in Yaniv station grabbing some new gear and upgrading gear that can only be upgraded here. So, the trader is selling both the dnipro and kharod. I need to see how my cash flow looks because this new diamond exoskeleton and saiga 12 ate up most of my 260k coupons I had.
